We will confirm the maximum number of guests to match your preferred room arrangement when you enquire.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?+
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every living room and bedroom is air-conditioned; the kitchen is not.
How far is it to the sea?+
The sea is approximately 400 metres away; a sandy beach is about 5 kilometres away.
How far is the airport?+
The drive to the airport takes approximately 15 minutes.
How far is Stone Town?+
Stone Town is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
Is Wi-Fi available?+
Yes. Wi-Fi can be added for €25 per stay. Confirmed guests receive the current access details separately.
Is there air conditioning?+
Yes. Every room except the kitchen has air conditioning.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?+
Yes. The kitchen includes cooking utensils, a microwave, induction hobs, a small oven and a refrigerator.
How does cleaning work?+
Please leave the house swept and tidy. Wash used bed linen and towels and hang them up to dry. The remaining cleaning will be taken care of.

Yes. The house has ample towels and bed linen. Soap and toilet paper are also available.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Can I add a car to my stay?+
Yes. A car can be added for €25 per day.
Is an airport transfer available?+
Yes. An airport transfer can be arranged on request for €20. The taxi driver knows the location of the house.
How do I pay?+
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer to a German account or by PayPal.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Up to four weeks before arrival: 100% refund. Up to two weeks before arrival: 50% refund. Up to three days before arrival: 20% refund.
What is the minimum stay?+
The minimum stay is three days.
How does check-in work?+
Check-in is via a lockbox. After entering, switch on the power using the red switch in the fuse box in the back-left laundry room. If the refrigerator does not start, switch on the voltage stabiliser immediately to its right.
